I have been renting my personal residence for the past 6 years as a means to supplement my teaching salary. I’m super grateful to all of my guests for taking a chance by renting from me. What makes my property the best choice is that you will feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. The furniture is beautiful, but not prissy ;~) You can snuggle on the couch, push back in the Lazy-Boy chairs, and not have to worry about breaking anything. One bedroom sleeps four, which works well for families that want to stay in the same room. Also, I cannot express how totally convenient the location is to moving around Annapolis or traveling to DC. You can be on major highways within a few minutes, yet feel the quiet calm of a neighborhood where every home in on at least a 1 acre lot.
